New engine for Beepola - demo song

Author of the Beepola, ccowley, working on adding of another engine in the editor. This time it is Jason C. Brooke's engine, which was used in Savage and few other ZX Spectrum games. The engine has 2 channels of tone, drums, and a lot of interesting features.
