New ZX Spectrum engine - Huby

Another new 1-bit music engine for ZX Spectrum. This one is very simple, just two channels of tone and one drum sound. Main feature of the engine is small size and compact data format. It has specific sound as well. To create music, you should use XM tracker with a custom converter tool.
